For the 11th Annual Independence Day Fresh Air, Freedom & Fun Festival Sponsored by Evanston Parks and Recreation, Wednesday, July 4, 2007 – Hamblin Park This year’s festival is fast approaching! We are looking forward to a great concert by “Crescent Moon”, a magic show and clown provided by The House of Magic and Entertainment, giant inflatables, the Dance ‘N DJ, and a great variety of booths offering games, merchandise, and food. Local non-profit groups are invited to set up a game booth or a food booth as a fund raiser at no charge. If your non-profit group needs ideas for a booth, please call Brenda at the Rec Center.  For profit businesses can reserve booth space for $50.00. Booths must provide their own generators for electricity. If you would like to reserve a space call Brenda Richins at the Rec Center at 789-1770 Deadline: June 22, 2007.  Booths must be set up by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4 and may run through 6:00 p.m. All food vendors must contact the local Consumer Health Specialist, Shawn Moore at 789-3645 for a Temporary State Food Permit and regulations regarding serving food.
