David Laird – Director of Government Affairs & Policy VOICES for America’s Children

David develops legislative proposals and implements strategies in partnership with members; represents Voices legislative priorities to federally elected officials and the Administration; leads and partners with other national allies; mobilizes and educates Voices membership about the impact of federal proposals on children in the states. David’s primary focus is child welfareyouth development and juvenile justice. David also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Foster Care Coalition.
