Uinta County Veterans Boards’ Memorial Day Community Observance & Clock tower Dedication
The Uinta County Veterans Board invites you to a Memorial Day Ceremony honoring Uinta County's Fallen Heroes at the Uinta County Complex. The Ceremony will begin @ 11 AM with a US air Foce Flyby and will include the dedication of the new clock tower. This year's Memorial Day observance will honor not only our military, but also our volunteer firefighters and law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. A special rememberance of Staff Sergeant David Julian, who was killed in action in Iraq, will also be part of the event.
A barbeque lunch will be provided by the Evanston Elk's Lodge ($5.00) following the ceremony. Please help the Uinta County Veterans Board honor Uinta County's fallen on Memorial Day beginning @ 11 AM @ the Uinta County Complex.
