Children’s advocates will rally next Tuesday at the Courthouse in Evanston at 225 9th St. from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm to ask that politicians speak out for children. The Step Up for Kids Day event is one of a dozen such efforts in counties across Wyoming planned on Sept. 16.
· Tuesday’s event will be held at the Courthouse 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm in Evanston. The featured speaker is Mayor Will Davis. The event will also feature Evanston children refreshments provided by Wal-Mart. It is one of 12 events planned across Wyoming, including at the Capitol in Cheyenne.
